$130,000 + Super + lucrative bonus (negotiable on experience)

Manage a key product portfolio in the business
Strategic planning and new product development, from concept to launch and everything in between
Business case development
Full product lifecycle management
Work closely with local R&D teams
Market research for gaps to exploit
Keeping abreast of market research, product standards and market trends etc.
Pricing and margins
Forecasting, along with sales and market analysis
Work cross-functionally across the business
Briefing in the communications team for branding, promotion and execution for the key messages into the market
Your experience and skills include…
Experienced, practical and motivated product manager
Number crunching and analysis
Negotiation and influencing skills
NPD and driving product improvements and innovations
Develop marketing plans based on your strong analytical skills is key to this role
Strong marketing disciplines and an ability to manage multiple projects is essential
Experience within construction, industrial, electrical, HVAC or the IoT product marketing, with locally manufactured products is the preferred background
