We're partnering with a growing civil contractor that's building its presence across the East Coast and looking for an Estimator or Senior Estimator to play a key role in that journey.

This is an opportunity to join the business at the right time. You'll work closely with senior leadership to help build the estimating capability, influence how the function develops and play a genuine part in the next phase of growth. While the operation is still growing, you'll have the backing, resources and financial strength of a major Australian contracting group.


The opportunity

• Play a key role in building the estimating function as the business grows across the East Coast.
• Lead the estimating process from tender review through to submission, working across a varied portfolio of civil infrastructure projects.
• Work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities and secure new work.
• Help develop estimating systems, processes and capability as the team expands.
• Be part of a business where your ideas and input will genuinely influence the direction of the operation.

About you

• Extensive first principles estimating experience within civil construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, productivity rates and project sequencing.
• Confident reviewing drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
• Looking for the opportunity to have a genuine influence on a growing operation, not just the next tender.
