Role Overview: We are looking for a Level 2 Technical Specialist with MSP experience to join a growing managed service provider.
This is a predominantly work from home role with regular travel to client sites across Melbourne as required. Working within a client facing MSP environment, you will provide advanced IT support across multiple client systems, resolve technical issues, support infrastructure and cloud environments, and ensure systems remain stable, secure, and well maintained.
You will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving IT services for multiple clients, as well as attending site visits, meeting clients, and conducting IT audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work across a range of technologies, and confidence in dealing directly with clients. There is also exposure to identifying opportunities to improve client systems and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide IT support across multiple client environments
- Deliver on site support and client visits as required
- Maintain and support IT systems, infrastructure, and services
- Conduct IT audits and recommend improvements
- Work within ticketing systems and MSP workflows
- Assist in service improvements and client experience delivery
- Engage with clients across various sectors including legal, construction, architecture, and drafting
- Support automation and ongoing process improvements where possible
About You: - Strong MSP experience preferred
- Confident working with ticketing systems and MSP tools
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage confidently with clients
- Experience or interest in automation and improving IT processes
- Personable and comfortable in client facing environments
- Proactive and willing to get involved in both technical and client side work
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working across a variety of client environments
