With a brand new office space in Bayside, Hampton East, we are now looking to bring an experienced Senior or Principal Consultant into the business to help shape the next stage of growth. This is not a high volume, KPI driven environment. We focus on quality recruitment, long term relationships, and building a brand that is genuinely respected across the industry.
About the Role This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to step into a genuine senior role within a growing business.
You will have the autonomy to own and grow your market while working closely with the founders to help drive strategy, strengthen client relationships, and continue building Verra’s presence across the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors. We partner with some of the best contractors and consultancies in the market and are looking for someone who knows how to build trust, deliver consistently, and create long term partnerships.
What You Will Be Doing - Building and growing strong client relationships within your specialist market.
- Managing end to end recruitment processes across white collar construction and infrastructure roles.
- Developing and executing business development strategies that create long term value.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
- Helping shape the growth, culture, and future direction of the business.
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment where quality and reputation come first.
What You Will Bring - Previous experience as a Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, or similar level recruitment role.
- A strong understanding of the construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
- A proven ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.
- Confidence in business development and managing your own desk.
- A self driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
- Someone who enjoys being part of a growing business and wants to genuinely influence where it goes.
