We are working with a well-established, multi-disciplinary builder who are expanding into NSW and have a strong pipeline of secured work in place.

They are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team and deliver complex projects within live airport environments.

The Opportunity
You will be responsible for day-to-day site coordination, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. Projects are typically within the $8M–$30M range and involve build, fitout, refurbishment, and staged works in operational environments.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a growing NSW team from the early stages and work on high-profile, technically challenging projects.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience as a Site Supervisor working for a builder.
• Airport build or fitout experience is a non-negotiable
• Proven ability to run sites in live, operational environments
• Experience across fitout, refurbishment, or complex building projects
• Strong communication and coordination skills
