Verra are partnering with a growing head-contractor on a couple of critical structures-based positions within their team.
They are a robust builder specialising in anything multi-level when it comes to residential builds on a medium to high-rise scale and deliver across apartments, social & affordable housing, mixed-use, BTR and BTS.
Both of the below positions are based on projects within inner-city Melbourne in central locations.
The Roles
Structures Foreman
An overarching role supporting the full lifecycle, of the structures scope from in-ground / basement works, right through to structural top out. Hands-on involvement but being the conduit between the site crews and the Site Manager.
Deck Leading Hand
Coordinating suspended slab / deck construction whilst remaining hands-on and helping to manage a crew of formworkers. Coordinating deck preparation, assisting with slab pours and setting out the deck as per structural plans.
