Civil Site Supervisor
With 25+ years of excellence, Rokon is Victoria’s trusted civil contractor delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. We’re expanding our team and looking for a dedicated, driven Site Supervisor for the safe and successful delivery of exciting projects across Melbourne.
Your Role: As Site Supervisor, reporting to the Area Manager, you will:
Plan and allocate plant, materials, and personnel to meet project milestones
Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure work meets our exacting quality standards
Lead the charge on safety compliance, ensuring all site teams follow Rokon’s protocols
Review and monitor budgets and KPIs, escalating issues promptly
Conduct site audits, client meetings, safety inspections, and project sign-offs
Maintain accurate and timely project documentation
Who You Are:
2+ years’ supervisory experience in civil construction - roads, subdivisions or industrial sites preferred
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
A passion for doing things right the first time with high standards and strong negotiation skills
A strong focus on health, safety, productivity, and quality
Current OH&S White Card
Valid driver license
