About the Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading civil projects from start to finish. Working closely with our engineering and construction teams, you will:

• Oversee contracts, technical specifications, and compliance requirements for each project.
• Manage stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, councils, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, purchase orders, and contract variations.
• Participate in tender reviews alongside the Estimating team.
• Conduct project reviews to identify improvements for future projects.
• Foster strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Lead and mentor a team of Graduate, Site, and Project Engineers, providing guidance and development plans.
• Ensure all Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements are documented and implemented.

About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in civil construction project management, ideally with subdivision experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Project and Excel.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse challenges and implement improvements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A can-do attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• A White Card (OH&S Induction) and a valid Victorian driver’s license.
