Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Housing Association in South Yorkshire, are looking for an experienced Asset Data Analyst to join their team and play a crucial role within their Housing Operation

Position: Asset Data Analyst
Rate: £28.95p/h Umbrella
Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Duties: 

• Attend asset management system (NEC) user group and take the lead on the implementation of good practice to enable to optimisation of the NEC Asset Module.
• Maintain systems, records, and databases to record and manage statutory obligations in relation to term of critical tasks
• To control and produce regular reports on stock condition components and energy data, ensuring dashboard progress is visible to stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Proven Data Skillset 
• Previous experience working as a Asset Data Analyst or similar role
• Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
