Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in South East England, are looking for a Social Worker to work within the Early Help and Prevention Service.

Position: Social Worker
Rate: £38 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 3–6 Months

Purpose:
Managing own caseload of children and families, delivering early interventions and preventative support to achieve positive outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct working with children, young people and families, managing own caseloads.
• Complete assessments and deliver early help and prevention interventions.
• Work collaboratively with multi agency partners to support families.
• Identify risks and provide appropriate safeguarding support.
• Promote positive outcomes through early intervention and support planning.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 3 years experience within Children’s Services and CIC.
• Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, MSc or equivalent).
• Registered with Social Work England.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and early intervention frameworks.
• Experience managing caseloads independently.
