Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in the West Londond area, are looking for a Childrens Social Worker to work within the Children in Need Team.

Position: Childrens Social Worker
Rate: £39.04 per hour
Contract Duration: 3 months initiallyy

Purpose:
Work collaboratively with families to help with overcoming challenges, whilst keeping the safety and voice of the child at the center of your work. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct working with Children, Young People, and Families to create meaningful and lasting changes. 
• Build relationship through early help and family support.
• Decision making around child safety and best interests for positive outcomes.
• Manage own caseload of complex cases and needs
• Collaborate with multi-agency partner. 

Job Requirements:

• Must have 3 years experience within Childrens Services.
• Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, MSc or equivalent).
• Registered with Social Work England.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and legislation.
