Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their team in Devon. 

Position: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor        
Rate: Negotiable Depending on Experience          
Location: Devon   
Work Type: Permanent  

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Provide high-quality administrative support to the firm's lawyers.
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date files. 
• Type dictations and prepare documents. 
• Communicate with clients, answering any queries they may have. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but applicants with transferrable skills will be considered.
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and nob-verbally. 
• Able to work efficiently in a fast=paced organised. 
• Organised and can meet deadlines.
