Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Devon. 

Position: Litigation Solicitor        
Rate: Negotiable Depending on Experience          
Location: Devon   
Work Type: Permanent  

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will run a caseload covering all areas of civil dispute work with an emphasis on the following:

• Property 
• Contentious probate claims
• Partnership disputes.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Qualified Solicitor with previous experience in civil disputes.
• Strong communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
• Knowledge and/or experience of employment law (preferred but not essential).
