Position: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal         
Rate: £30,000 (Negotiable Depending on Experience)    
Location: Medway               
Work Type: Permanent 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Follow the conveyancing process from instruction to completion. 
• Running own caseload with occasional supervision. 
• Support with administration tasks. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Minimum 1 year experience working within a Conveyancing Department. 
• Client focused. 
• Strong attention to detail.
