Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Public Sector Organisation, who are looking to recruit an experienced Talent Pool Advisor to join their team based in the South London area.

JOB SUMMARY

As the Talent Pool Advisor you will be responsible for not only building a top quality talent pipeline but will also coordinate recruitment for Trainee/Apprenticeship vacancies.  

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:  

• Ensure that vacancies are publicised and filled within the specified timeframes by working closely with the officers in charge of recruiting apprentices.
• To respond to inquiries from applicants via email, phone, and online forms, and to direct them to the appropriate opportunities.
• Increase the talent pool by proactively attracting and generating applicants interested in traineeship and apprenticeship programmes.
• To recruit  through telemarketing, mail-outs, etc., and to collaborate closely with the officer in charge of recruiting trainees.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Level 2 or above in English, Maths and a business-related subject
• Ability to plan and manage own workload, achieve agreed targets and objectives and evaluate outcomes.
• Ability to utilise and understand the importance of CRM
• Ability to offer IAG to students
