We are currently recruiting for Customer Advisor, on behalf of our client based in London. The contract for this position is on a temporary basis, initially for up to 3 Months.

JOB DETAILS

• PAY RATE: £15p/h Umbrella
• WORK TYPE: Temporary
• WORK PATTERN: Full Time 
• LOCATION: London

• Identifies and escalates more complex enquiries or customer complaints.
• Takes accountability for handling routine enquiries about the local authority and its programmes, products and services from customers around the world.
• Provides administrative and logistical support to the management team as required.
• Provides support and information on agreed work areas to new members of the team.
• Keeps up to date with changes to products and programmes and related information.

• Previous experience working for a public sector organisation is essential. 
• Experience of working within a team in a customer service environment.
• Experience of working with a wide variety of customers.
• Experience of handling complaints.
• CRM – able to enter/record data accurately and quickly.
