We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Officer, on behalf of our client based in Hampshire. The contract for this position is on a temporary basis, initially for up to 6 Months.

PAY RATE: £13p/h
WORK TYPE: Temporary
WORK PATTERN: Full Time
LOCATION: Hampshire

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

To be the first point of contact for the customer, and to effectively deal with a range of enquiries and service requests.
To use IT systems to record and manage enquiries.
To handle sensitive data and be flexible with diverse needs of the customer.
To take personal responsibility for resolving queries proactively and quickly.
To listen and question customers to fully understand their needs ensuring that the best response ifs provided.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

Must have excellent customer service skills with experience working in a busy customer service environment.
To have ability to work on own initiative.
To have excellent level of IT literacy.
Experience working for a public sector organisation.
