We are currently recruiting for Assistant Learning and Development Officer, on behalf of our client based in London. The contract for this position is on a temporary basis, initially for up to 7 Months. 

JOB DETAILS

• PAY RATE: £18 p/h Umbrella
• WORK TYPE: Temporary
• WORK PATTERN: Full Time 
• LOCATION: London 

• Be responsible for booking staff on courses through the Reed Learning system.
• Be responsible for co-ordinating training events, ensuring that staff attended agreed training where possible.
• Where training is face to face the Officer will book the venue and ensure that all materials are available that are needed during the session, and that the premises are left in an acceptable condition once the event is finished.
• To support the Professional Educator with overseeing the ASYE course.
• Maintaining excel spreadsheets reflecting activity around the ASYE function and ensuring funding for the program is applied for and collected.
• To deal with Invoices and Purchase Orders and recording these on the appropriate spreadsheets.

• The Officer should be competent and confident in handling large amounts of data.
• Experience working for the local government is essential. 
• Must be very proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Zoom and other IT systems.
• Must be a good communicator both written and verbal.
• Be able to deal with Invoices and Purchase Orders, recording these on the appropriate spreadsheets.
