�� About the Graduate Development Scheme (GDS): Since 1988, our two-year Graduate Development Scheme has been transforming university graduates into skilled professionals. This comprehensive program provides on-the-job training, exposing graduates to cutting-edge technology and industry-best practices.
�� Who We’re Looking For:
- Final-year undergraduates from PNG or overseas universities in 2025.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 or a Cumulative Weighted Average of 75% and above in your last three semesters.
- Aspiring professionals with strong leadership potential and the following qualities:
