Who We’re Looking For:  
We invite experienced female candidates with a background in managing complex mental health conditions and challenging behaviors to apply. This rewarding role involves providing in-home care, assisting with daily tasks, and promoting community engagement, all while receiving support and training from an Area Manager. 
    
Ideal Candidates Will Have: 

• Over a year of experience in the disability sector, particularly with clients exhibiting aggressive behaviors or a history of substance abuse. 
• Experience with clients with Schizophrenia & frequent self-harm is beneficial.
• Exposure to clients with deep complex wounds.
• Essential qualifications, including a Certificate III in Disability, valid CPR and First Aid certifications, and a Mental Health First Aid certificate (highly desired). 
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to Person Centred Practices.
