Your Engagement

• Featuring and immediate start and going through end of July, you'll provide hit the ground running support for financial year end peak period reporting season.
• Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, with interactions across the finance team in operations and other key functions, you'll help with monthly reporting (for board and for divisional management).
• Assist the tax manager with preparation of group BAS, PAYG and other tax compliances.
• Fixed asset / capital accounting, asset capitalisations, depreciation schedules, reporting
• Bank reconciliations for all accounts in the group
• Support external big4 auditors as required with information requests
• Assist the senior financial accountant with the full year ASX reporting requirements
• Encouraged to suggest process improvements / continuous improvement where possible

Your Profile

• Your experience should demonstrate the ability to hit the ground running in a medium sized corporate listed entity.
• Financial statement preparation, audit liaison, monthly reporting, tax compliance are expected.
• CA/CPA qualified, or equivalent experience in like for like positions is acceptable
• Experience in Pronto ERP would be an advantage
