Your New Role
Serving as project coordinator on inbound enquiries, you'll take the Client on the full project journey.  From initial project scoping, commercial discussions across all relevant departments (engineering, legal, risk, contracts, compliance,  project management, etc.), working directly with tier1 and tier2 companies to deliver critical projects on time, on budget.

• Full project lifecycle account management - from sales enquiry to execution and post project review.
• Stakeholder engagement as key point of contact for customer and point person across your internal teams for the life of the project(s).
• Manage communication effectively at all stages, resolve issues, problem solve, ensuring risks are addressed, compliance adhered to, and delivered to budget.
• Ability to develop initial budgets by engaging all relevant parties to form accurate pricing.

Your Capabiilties
You will bring to the Company your experience dealing with major customers/sophisticated clients in complex environments.  You have demonstrated capability in project management, financial/cost control in a project environment.  You relate well to technical staff, in layman's terms, keeping communication and expectations in alignment.  You possess superior attention to detail particularly in project administration and when using systems associated with the project you are working on.  You are a self-starter, proactive problem solver who likes to bring order from chaos, you thrive in project environments.   Finally, you have the ability to work well with key stakeholders, including the resilience to keep things moving forward when things get off track.
