Production Worker - Timber Manufacturing
Location: Buckingham
Pay: £12.71 per hour

Our client is a leading manufacturer of bespoke timber products based in Buckingham. Renowned for their craftsmanship and quality, they produce high-end timber components tailored to customer requirements. Due to continued growth, they are looking for motivated individuals to join their friendly and skilled production team.
 
The Role:
As a Production Worker (Timber Machine Operator), you will play a key role in the manufacturing process — ensuring materials are cut, shaped, and finished to the company's high standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate timber machinery safely and efficiently following company procedures
• Measure, cut, and shape timber materials with precision
• Carry out routine maintenance checks and report any machinery issues
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised working environment
• Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets
• Follow all quality and safety standards
• Support other production tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience operating timber or woodworking machinery (advantageous but not essential)
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

Working Conditions:

• Standing for long periods and handling timber materials
• Exposure to dust and noise (full PPE provided)

Pay & Bonus Structure:

• Basic rate: £12.71 per hour
