What you'll be doing:

• Carrying out precise TIG welding on stainless steel components.
• Maintaining top-quality welds that meet customer specifications.
• Helping to support and mentor new colleagues to improve their welding skills.
• Conducting inspections and ensuring all safety standards are met.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a TIG welder (stainless steel preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Team player with great communication skills.
• Relevant welding certificates are a bonus - but not essential as training will be given.
