Counterbalance FLT / Production Operative – Brackley
Location: Brackley
Pay Rate: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:05pm
Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing

About the Role Our client in Brackley is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join their team as Counterbalance FLT / Production Operatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established company that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently in a warehouse or production environment.
• Load, unload, and move materials to designated areas.
• Assist with production and assembly line activities when required.
• Complete daily equipment checks and report any issues.
• Ensure all materials are handled safely and according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and production tasks.
• Keep the work area clean, organised, and free from hazards.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets.

Person Specification

• Valid external Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT, or NPORS accepted) – in-house licences will not be accepted.
• Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or production environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
