Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on duties essential to the day-to-day running of salvage and yard operations.
• Maintain a safe and organised working environment, adhering to company and site safety procedures.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a close-knit and professional team.
• Support with loading, sorting, and general yard maintenance as required.
• Uphold high standards of work and professionalism as a dedicated Yard Operative.

Location: Redditch
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Yard Operative, Salvage Operative, or in a similar role is beneficial.
• Strong awareness and commitment to health and safety protocols.
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication and reliability.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual duties in an outdoor environment.
