Our client is looking for reliable and motivated picker / packers to join their busy warehouse operation. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Picking and packing products accurately according to orders
• Preparing goods for dispatch, ensuring they are secure and meet quality standards
• Labelling and organising parcels for delivery
• Using warehouse systems and scanners to track stock movements
• Maintaining a tidy and safe working area in line with health and safety procedures
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a picker / packer is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided
• High attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfilment
• Ability to work well as part of a team and support colleagues when needed
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to work the 10am – 6pm fixed shift consistently

Location: Banbury
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 6am – 2pm, 10:00am – 6:00pm
