Warehouse Operative – Banbury
Our client is currently seeking hardworking and motivated warehouse operatives to join their busy warehouse operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established company that values its staff and provides full training for the right candidates.
The Role:
As a warehouse operative, you will be an essential part of the team. Your daily duties will include:

• Accurately picking products from shelves and storage areas
• Packing items securely to meet quality standards
• Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch
• Operating scanners and following warehouse procedures
• Meeting daily performance and accuracy targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• A reliable and punctual individual with a positive attitude

Hours & Details:

• Location: Banbury
• Hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm OR 10:00am – 6:00pm
• Salary: £12.21 per hour
