Position overview We are seeking applications from qualified Personal Care Workers to work in our Audrey Prider Centre. Suitable applicants will have demonstrated an ability to adapt to a busy and changing environment whilst maintaining a high standard of care. Applicants will also have demonstrated a commitment to embracing the values of The Lyndoch Way.
Key to success - Ability to interact with the elderly and their families and adapt to a busy and changing environment
- Effective communication skills both written & verbal
- Excellent time management skills
- Competent digital literacy and computer skills
- Certificate III in individual support (Ageing) or equivalent
