This reputable CA firm, located South of Sydney, will provide you with the opportunity to manage your own client portfolio and the team. You will be encouraged to make decisions and build client relationships. The Partner is ex-Big 4, which reflects in the client base, which varies from small businesses to large private clients. The firm is centrally located next to the train line and amenities.

Duties:

• Process and review financials and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and self-managed super funds (SMSF)
• Conduct client meetings
• Review work of juniors through to senior staff
• Manage a portfolio of $1 million
• Tax planning
• Assist clients with day-to-day queries 

Skills and personal attributes:

• Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
• CA/ CPA qualified and ideally a Tax Agent
• 8 + years' experience in an accounting firm – undertaking a similar role; either Supervisor or Manager level will be considered, or a Superstar Senior Accountant 
• Happy to work in a boutique that has a close-knit team
• Must have exceptional presentation and be well-spoken
