The Role Reporting to the Directors, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns for a broad range of SME clients.
• Managing your own client portfolio and acting as a trusted adviser.
• Providing tax and business advisory support to clients.
• Liaising directly with clients and responding to technical queries.
• Assisting with tax planning and year-end matters.
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

About You:

• 4+ years' experience in Australian public practice.
• CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion).
• Strong technical knowledge across business services and taxation.
• Experience managing your own client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach and genuine passion for helping SME clients succeed.
