The Role:

• Hands-on position within a growing 20-person team
• Close mentorship from an approachable and highly respected Partner 
• Deep client exposure, particularly across SME clients in the construction and medical industries
• Involvement in real advisory work, not just compliance

• Flexible hybrid working model (3 days in office / 2 from home)

What We’re Looking For

• CA or CPA qualified (essential)
• 8+ years’ public practice experience, currently operating at the Supervisor and above level 
• Strong technical grounding in Australian tax 
• Experience mentoring a team and meeting with clients 
• Client-facing confidence and ability to deliver insight
• Proactive, curious, and eager to improve and innovate
• Integrity and attention to detail — no shortcuts
