Key Responsibilities:

Office Support:

• Supporting workflow management of one of the teams
• Customer services administrator, compiling info packs, updating the database, requesting important client information, scheduling of appointments
• Manage lodgements and client correspondence
• ASIC management 
• ATO management, including ATO calls
• Add or update client data in Xero.
• Perform other duties as required.  

Skills required:

• Previous experience in an administrative support role for an accounting firm.
• Proficiency with accounting software, particularly Xero and Fee Synergy.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
