About the Role
Work closely with Ann-Karyn Fraser, a respected Brisbane Lead Agent with more than a decade of success and become an integral part of her business.
As Executive Assistant & Agent Support, you’ll be involved across the full property journey - coordinating campaigns, supporting sales, managing priorities and helping deliver the exceptional service Ann-Karyn is known for.
This is an opportunity to work alongside an accomplished agent, gain valuable industry exposure and play a genuine part in the continued growth of the business.
  
Day in the life:

• Manage property campaigns from appraisal through to settlement.
• Prepare listing presentations, contracts, Form 6s and campaign documentation.
• Coordinate marketing, photography, copywriting, listings and campaign launches.
• Manage calendars, inspections, auctions and campaign timelines.
• Prepare vendor reports, client communications and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate client follow-up, reviews and settlement gifts.
• Provide proactive executive support to Ann-Karyn.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems and deliver an exceptional client experience.

What you’ll bring:
You’re organised, proactive and naturally one step ahead. You take pride in getting the details right, building strong relationships and making things happen. 

• Real estate experience is preferred.
• Strong organisation and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach.
• Confident, polished communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems.
• The ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
• A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
