The Opportunity

You will work closely with Heath to manage and develop the team's digital presence, property marketing and audience-growth strategy.

This is not simply a content-posting position. You will be expected to think strategically, contribute ideas and understand how websites, social media, email, paid advertising, video and AI can work together to build a valuable audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing digital marketing and audience-growth strategies
• Planning and managing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Managing the Heath Williams website, including property content, imagery, landing pages and basic SEO
• Creating and distributing professional EDM campaigns through iRealty
• Producing written, visual and video content that reflects a sophisticated property brand
• Coordinating content calendars, property launches and vendor-paid campaigns
• Managing Meta advertising, audience targeting and campaign reporting
• Using ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools for research, campaign development, content creation and workflow improvement
• Monitoring audience growth, engagement, enquiries and campaign performance
• Recommending new ideas, platforms and technologies that can improve the brand's marketing
• Maintaining consistent standards across every digital touchpoint

The Experience You'll Bring

This role requires demonstrated professional experience in digital marketing, content, branding or property marketing. Experience in real estate, luxury brands, architecture, design, professional services or another premium market will be highly regarded.

You should be confident working with:

• Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Meta Business Suite, paid advertising and content scheduling
• Website content-management systems
• Email marketing and EDM platforms
• ChatGPT, Claude and other generative AI tools
• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
• Video editing and short-form content tools
• Digital analytics and campaign reporting

You will also need:

• Examples of social media, website, email or digital campaign work you have personally completed
• Strong copywriting, editing and communication skills
• An understanding of how to build a relevant and commercially valuable audience - not simply generate views or followers
• Excellent judgement regarding imagery, tone, privacy and brand reputation
• The ability to work independently, manage deadlines and coordinate multiple campaigns
• A genuine commitment to producing intelligent, polished and original work
