As Client Services & Administration, known internally as a Campaign Coordinator within the Idealist team, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of property campaigns and providing exceptional service to internal clients.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Based in our Corporate Head Office in the heart of James Street, New Farm, you'll work closely with agents, suppliers, and colleagues across the business to ensure every campaign is delivered accurately and on time.

The successful candidate will bring:

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, hospitality, reception, or a similar client-focused role;
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong organisational skills;
• Confidence communicating with clients and stakeholders over the phone and via email;
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines;
• A willingness to learn and contribute to a team-focused environment;

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email.
• Ensure all requests are actioned accurately and within required timeframes.
• Support the successful delivery of campaigns through effective team collaboration.
• Maintain accurate systems and administrative records.
