What you'll be doing:

• Collecting briefs from Clients, understanding their why
• Sourcing, screening & shortlisting top talent for every type of role
• Running recruitment campaigns end-to-end and giving the feedback to hiring managers
• Headhunting future superstars and building unbeatable talent pools
• Keeping our candidate database fresh and our ATS (JobAdder) clean
• Teaming up with our HR Coordinators on exciting recruitment projects

  
You'll thrive here if you're:

• Recruitment experience is a must! (1-3 years)
• A natural communicator (written AND verbal)
• Action-oriented and results-driven
• A quick read on people, you can spot the right fit in seconds
• Discreet, trustworthy, and cool under pressure
• Bonus points if you've got real estate recruitment experience (but not essential!)
