You'll manage a small portfolio with established landlord relationships while continuing to build your skills and confidence in a supportive environment.

Day in the life: 

• Manage a small portfolio of residential properties with existing strong landlord relationships. 
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors regarding inspections, maintenance, and property updates. Conducting routine inspections as required. 
• Assisting with maintenance coordination and compliance requirements 
• Supporting rental arrears management, including arrears follow-ups and documentation.
• Providing administrative support, reporting, and portfolio coverage as required. 
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. 

What you will bring to the table: 

• At least 12 months’ experience in Leasing, Property Management or even Administration within the Real Estate industry. 
• A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and a valid Driver's License. 
• A genuine desire to build a career in Property Management. 
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude, ability to manage competing priorities.
