With a brand-new permanent office opening at West Village in July 2026, there's never been a more exciting time to join the team.

We're seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to be the face of the business, creating exceptional first impressions and delivering outstanding service to every client, partner and visitor. Bringing energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for people, you'll play a key role in ensuring every interaction reflects the Place brand and our 6-star service promise.

What you’ll be known for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, clients & colleagues.
• Receiving and delegating incoming calls with knowledge and confidence.
• Managing and maintaining the meeting room bookings, calendar, and cleanliness/upkeep.
• Contributing to the role with new ideas and identifying new opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
• Assisting other team members when required.

This role is perfect for someone who has:

• A minimum of 1 year experience working in an administrative / reception position preferrable.
• Experience working in the residential real estate industry is desirable.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, and proficient in MS Office.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, ‘how can I help’ attitude with the ability be to be adaptable to change.
• A professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
