As an Executive Assistant, you'll be the driving force behind a high-performing sales team, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional client experiences and the support needed for agents to perform at their best.


  
Key Responsibilities include;

• Managing emails, calendars, appointments and diary coordination
• Handling phone calls, client enquiries and correspondence
• Preparing listing, appraisal and presentation materials
• Assisting with marketing campaigns, property launches and social media coordination
• Managing database updates and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration and operational tasks
• Coordinating team meetings, appointments and property inspections
• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies

  
What you’ll bring to the table;

• Previous Executive Assistant experience within real estate highly advantageous
• Current QLD Real Estate Registration preferred, but not essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• A proactive, positive and team-focused approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
