Day in the Life; 
As Executive Assistant, you'll be responsible for keeping the business running smoothly and ensuring every campaign is executed to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage Meagan's calendar, inbox, and daily priorities to maximise productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate property campaigns from listing to settlement, delivering exceptional service to vendors and buyers.
• Drive team accountability through workflow management, KPI tracking, and daily coordination.
• Maintain premium brand standards while continuously improving systems and processes.

  
What you bring to the table;

• Strong real estate experience in executive support or operations, and confidence managing the listing-to-settlement process.
• Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and initiative, bringing a proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to take ownership.
• Technical proficiency and a results-driven mindset, with experience using CRM platforms such as Rex, VaultRE, or Agentbox, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.
