Working side-by-side with experienced agents, you’ll gain real-world experience, build confidence quickly, and establish a strong foundation for a successful career in real estate.

What you’ll be doing:

• Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building & pest inspections, valuations, and pre-settlement inspections;
• Conducting open homes and private inspections;
• Door knocking to generate new opportunities;
• Letterbox dropping within targeted areas;
• Prospecting and prospecting admin.

  
What you’ll bring to the table:

• A coachable attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and grow
• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable in all interactions
• Current QLD Driver’s Licence and access to a suitable vehicle
• Experience in a customer-facing role (real estate experience HIGHLY REGARDED)
• Current Real Estate Sales Registration Certificate – MUST HAVE!
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building relationships
• High attention to detail and a commitment to doing things properly
