One of our High Performing Newmarket teams is now looking for an Executive Assistant who can keep up, keep things organised, and keep the energy high. The team are looking for the person, the one who gets it, owns it, and makes the whole operation better just by being in it.

This is a newly created role built around a team that's growing. You'll be the engine behind one of the group's top performers, making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly so the team can do what they do best. You'll be joining a tight-knit crew that works hard, celebrates wins, and doesn't take themselves too seriously.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Full EA support to a High Performing Team
• Managing the rhythm of a busy real estate operation
• Oversee the end-to-end administration of property sales, from listing to settlement.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, property launches, and promotional activities.
• Support agents with listing presentations, open homes, and client meetings.
• Act as a key point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, and brokers.
• Maintain accurate CRM, compliance, and database records.
• Help deliver an exceptional client experience while keeping the sales team organised and efficient.

What we're looking for:

• Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate (or ready to obtain one).
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Minimum of 12 months experience in real estate sales administration or a similar support role.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Confident communicator who can build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Comfortable juggling competing priorities in a busy, high-performance environment.
• Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and industry software.
• Positive, proactive team player with a customer-first mindset.
