About the role

We’re seeking a candidate who reflects these same qualities - someone who takes pride in building trust, delivering results, and representing the Place brand with professionalism and integrity.

As a Co-Agent, you will be working side-by-side with Denis and his team to learn the ins and outs of real estate sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a powerful network within the industry, setting the stage for a successful and fulfilling career.

As a Co-Agent, tasks you will be involved with include (but are not limited to):

• Lead generation and prospecting for potential buyers and sellers;
• Actively running listing campaigns alongside the Lead Agent;
• Hosting open homes and conducting private showings;
• Supporting Auction campaigns, including Auction Day activities;
• Scheduling and coordinating client meetings;
• Managing client databases efficiently;
• Participating in photoshoots and staging sessions;
• Overseeing building inspections, valuations, and pre-settlement procedures.

  To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven drive to succeed and an eagerness to grow your Real Estate career;
• Previous experience in real estate in a fast-paced sales environment (ideal but not necessary);
• Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate;
• Current driver’s license with suitable vehicle is essential;
• The ability to work Monday – Saturday (no Sunday work required);
• The drive to meet KPI’s;
• Confidence and great phone manner; and
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
