Duties:
Managing a residential portfolio averaging about 150 properties,
Coordinating maintenance and repairs using systems like Property Me
Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
Managing lease renewals, entries, and exits smoothly
Resolving tenancy matters with a calm, solutions-focused approach
Working closely with your team to deliver a seamless client experience
Skills & Experience:
Experience managing your own residential portfolio
Current Queensland Salesperson Registration
Queensland Drivers' License
Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and time management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
