Senior Property Manager – Capped Portfolio + Full Support (Bulimba)

The role
You’ll manage a well-maintained portfolio of quality properties, handling:

• Lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy matters
• Landlord communication and investment performance guidance
• Maintenance coordination and problem-solving (with admin support)
• Collaboration with your team to deliver a seamless client experience

This is a relationship-driven role, not a volume-driven one.

Who we’re looking for

• 2+ years’ experience managing your own residential portfolio
• Queensland Salesperson Registration and a valid driver’s license
• Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
• Exceptional organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A solutions-focused PM who thrives in a structured, supportive environment
