An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work join Team Woolard at Place New Farm! This role offers a unique experience where no two days are the same, providing a fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment.

We are ideally seeking someone available to commence in late May, with the
opportunity for up to four weeks of handover and training alongside the current team member to ensure a smooth and supported transition into the role.

Life as an Executive Assistant

You’ll be the backbone of Team Woolard! You will support three agents across the full sales process, from listing through to settlement.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing campaigns, schedules & settlements.
• Client communication & database management.
• Preparing proposals, listing presentations & marketing.
• Coordinating contracts, Form 6s & documentation.
• Managing inboxes, diaries & team admin.
• Supporting financial and reporting processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Strong experience in a high-functioning Real Estate EA or Administrative Role.
• You are available and happy to commit to longer days if needed during busy periods.
• You’re a people-person! You love building relationships with your colleagues and clients and know how to deliver an exceptional service, creating memorable experiences.
• You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• You have a proactive, driven mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Proficient in database management and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Holds a current QLD Registration Certificate or willingness to get one.
