About the Role

Sick of doing leasing, admin and property management tasks? We’re looking for a driven and personable Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. This is a pure BDM role with very minimal property management responsibilities. Your focus will be on winning new managements and building strong client relationships.

You will primarily be based out of our Kedron office but will work across our other offices located through north Brisbane.

 
What You’ll Be Doing

• Generating new property management business
• Converting leads into long-term clients
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and referral partners
• Working closely with the property management team
• Managing your own pipeline and opportunities

  
Skills & Experience Required:

• A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and a valid Driver's License.
• At least 12 months experience in sales, leasing or property management preferable
• Professional in presentation and communication.
• Exceptional organisational, time management, and follow-up skills.
• A driven personality, eager to contribute to the growth of our rent roll.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet targets.
