The successful candidate is someone who thrives in a process driven environment and can manage multiple conflicting priorities whilst working within a fast-paced team. 

This is a varied role with aspects of:

• Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity;
• Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy;
• Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;
• Manage listing campaigns;
• Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agent's listings;
• Self-managing day to day tasks; and
• Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience.

  What you will bring to the table:

• Previous experience in a support role within the industry is preferred but not required as we are open to training someone with the right attitude;
• The ability to adapt and be flexible with the varied demands of the industry;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Exemplary organisation and time management skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Professional presentation;
