Place Albany Creek is on the hunt for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our high-performing team, working directly alongside our Director and Lead Agent.

This is far more than a support role – you’ll be at the heart of every stage of the sales journey. From prospecting and generating leads to attending auctions and managing buyer relationships, you’ll gain hands-on experience while building your own path to becoming a standout agent.
  
What you'll be doing

• Proactively prospect and generate leads for qualified buyers and sellers
• Manage and assist buyers, ensuring an exceptional client experience
• Assist with open homes, private inspections, and auction campaigns
• Coordinate client meetings, photoshoots, and staging appointments
• Facilitate building and pest inspections, valuations, and pre-settlement checks
• Keep our database organised and up to date

What you bring to the table

• Current QLD Sales Registration & Driver’s License;
• Previous real estate experience not required (sales or customer-facing experience highly regarded);
• You are laser-focused, energetic, and unafraid of a fast-paced environment; and most importantly
• Hungry to learn, grow, and leave your mark in real estate
